We talk all the time about listening to horses…

Going Within

There are ways to train yourself and tools you can invest in.

Horses have a language we can tap into and share with them. It goes deeper than behaviour and beyond emotions.

The key to having a genuine dialogue with horses is being able to listen to yourself first.

When you understand how to go within, your horse can reach you, and their voice becomes clear.

Does this mean something to you?

It’s easy to imagine that you are understanding your horse, but how do you actually know?

Explore the captivating world of energetic connection with a vibrant and welcoming herd of horses.  With downtime relaxing in a beautiful 17th Century French Château, enjoying delicious home cooked meals.

Hear The Horse Within is an immersive weekend experience.

First we dive deep within ourselves and awaken our own voice, and then we are able to receive the voice of the horses.

As a group we support and encourage each others progress, and devote time to each individual.

Receiving Horse

  • Two days intensive development of your innate ability to commune with horses.
  • Profound interactions with an established and awakened herd.
  • Colourful work sheets designed to encourage your progress and record your experiences.
  • One on one sessions supported by the group and the herd.
  • Guided meditations in proximity with the horses.
  • Accommodation and meals at the Château, a short walk away.

Camille Dareau and Joanne Glover will be your facilitators during this event.

Before moving to France in 2004, Camille practiced CranioSacral Therapy with horses and humans as well as teaching a classical approach in dressage for seven years in Scotland. Camille and her sister Gabrielle then founded Happy Horse Training in order to promote a greater understanding of holistic horse management and posture based riding techniques. After getting married and moving into Labarrere, Camille decided to put all training modalities aside and dive into energetic dialogue with her herd of horses.

This has been a fascinating process which continues to unfold. Although she has developed an online awakening course (which is currently being re-modelled into a different format) Camille has been looking forward to sharing her experience in energetic communication in a more hands-on clinic setting. She feels that the horses in particular have so much to offer from their empowered perspective.

I feel that we are all on a very unique and personal journey with our horses. In this exploration we are guided from within. My appreciation of the potential and the joy the inner voice can bring has inspired me to share the wisdom of my herd with others. This may be horse guardians and those who may not have a horse in their life.

The empowered herd here is both a healthy, happy family as well as an expression of freedom, choice and reciprocity. Now we are ready to share this magic with those who feel the opportunity calling. You will also be enveloped and embraced within the herd, and your inner voice amplified and clarified in your future endeavours.

Joanne Glover is the Manager and Founder of Equinesprit, Equitherapy and Sophrology

With 25 years of experience in personal coaching, she offers therapeutic and personal development skills. Joanne has the following qualifications: Certificate in Non-Violent Communication (in progress), Certificate in Caycedian Sophrology, MHW Equine Assisted Coaching, Level 3: Process – Communication, PGDE Psychopedagogy and an MA Psychology and Linguistics. Joanne has lived in France and cared for her own herd of horses for many years, she is an experienced barefoot trimmer and has a deeply conscientious, awakened approach with all horses.

I started out as a classical musician and a teacher before pursuing linguistics, communication, and approaches to learning and development.

Although through the years there was a variety of experiences they each brought forward the same central focus:  engaging with heartfelt desires and perceptions as momentum towards personal expansion.

My relationship with horses has been and continues to be a fundamental part of my own personal and professional evolution and each moment they invite me to (dare to) go still deeper into the listening experience.  Further nuance and clarity were brought to the path through participation in shamanistic experiences and holotropic breathwork.

These diverse influences have led me to understand that while everything is already in place, all that is needed is for us to witness and allow it to flow.  Listening is the key stone of the process and today I am passionate about exploring what it is to listen, and what it opens up for each one of us.
